Triplanes were in vogue, Pfalz produced this neat little aircraft. It possesed
a superior rate of climb than the well known Fokker Dr1 and was accepted
for service in Oct 1917 and an evaluation batch of 10 was built, arriving
for service at the front in Apr 1918.By then it was too slow to compete
with the new Allied types, And no further development was taken. Our kit has fuselage and wings in plastic, with struts/guns/wheels, etc in resin. |
